Community Service Initiatives
The AAA Foundation is committed to strengthening communities by supporting initiatives that address essential needs. Each year, the Foundation invests in two to three community service efforts, with a primary focus on programs that directly support individuals and families facing economic or social challenges.
To ensure meaningful impact, our community service initiatives:
- Address basic needs such as housing stability, food security, and essential services
- Are delivered in partnership with trusted, high-impact nonprofit organizations
- Serve residents within AAA’s 11-county region
- Prioritize individuals living in rental housing who face systemic barriers or economic vulnerability
Through these efforts, we aim to create tangible, lasting improvements in the lives of those most in need.

Education & Workforce Development
The AAA Foundation is dedicated to advancing the future of the rental housing industry by supporting education and workforce development initiatives. Each year, we sponsor two to three programs designed to build skills, create career pathways, and strengthen the industry’s talent pipeline.

- Support training, education, and career advancement opportunities
