AAA Education Registration Policies
Please read through the policies carefully.
Education Payment Policy
Payment in full is due prior to the event. No refunds will be permitted within 10 days of an event for attendee registrations. No-show attendee registrations will still be responsible for the event registration fee.
Education Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise noted, participants who wish to cancel an education registration must do so via email at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled education event.
AAA will not issue refunds if cancellation is not received at least 10 business days prior.
Open invoices that are not cancelled 10 business days in advance will still require payment.
Credential Courses: NAA Credential Courses (CAM, CAS, CAMT, CAPS, CALP, IROP) plus all other Credential/Certifications require payment in full 10 days prior to the first day of the course so that required books can be ordered. Cancellations must be received no later than 10 days prior to the first day in order to receive a refund.
TAA/RB Seminars: Redbook/Lease Seminars require payment in full 10 days prior to the scheduled seminar. Cancellations must be received via email no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled seminar in order to receive a refund.
No Show Fee's: Out of courtesy for our presenters of Food for Thought and In Person Seminars (Credentials/Certification/Redbook/Lease) who provide the food for the presentations. The Education Department will be issuing a $5 no show fee for anyone who does not adhere to the (10 days prior) cancellation policy.
