Independent Rental Owner/Operators (IROs)

Our IROs (Independent Rental Owner/Operators) are rental housing providers who:

• have their own money invested in the property (with or without partners) and oversee multifamily OR single-family housing, and
• are actively involved in the management of their properties

IROs represent owners/operators of single-family rental properties, condos, duplexes, apartment communities, and/or other types of rental properties in the Greater Austin market; see the eleven Central Texas counties we represent. 

Our Independent Rental Owner/Operators benefit from a large network of IRO members providing them access to industry insight, networks, and guidance.
