Application Acknowledgment

Upon receipt of an application for membership, Applicant's administrative fee, and dues; the Applicant will be granted an Active Membership.  For Membership to be activated, Applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions: 

Applicants must abide by the provisions of the Association's local, state, and national Bylaws, and fulfill the requirements of at least one classification for membership; and have completed and signed the membership application with the first year annual dues. 

In the event a membership application fails to meet the criteria or the requirements stated above, the Applicant's membership will not be activated.  Applicant must immediately discontinue the use of the Association's logo, legal forms, and services.

In addition, the Applicant agrees that in the event of voluntary membership termination, or a suspension or removal of membership, AAA has no obligation to refund any portion of annual dues.

Any subsequent use of the Texas Apartment Association legal forms is a copyright violation which is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.
