Associations A-Z: From Governance to Getting Things Done
Attending Module II, participants will learn:
- How to use the Association to build your leadership skills, and enhance, practice and showcase those skills.
- The roles, purpose, goals and active projects of the committees.
- What makes an effective leader in an association - including tips and tricks of how to navigate nominations and what effective leadership looks like for AAA.
- All about leadership pathways in the organization and community.
