How to SOW (Scope of Work)

As a General Contractor, the contractual agreement between a client and a vendor should outline the work to be performed, including tasks, deliverables, and requirements.  A well-written SOW can help make sure that both the supplier and the client can help mitigate the risk of misunderstandings or disputes.
