Frieden will share with you a simple psychometric survey tool that will allow you to manage less and accomplish more. 

What should I expect?

Learn more about your team from the 7 minute survey than you did in the first 6 months of working and managing them. 

In the workshop, we will discuss actionable data on your team and how to better lead and motivate them through two strategies:

• Identify right person - right seat based on the required job behaviors for success
• Improved performance based on the DIFFERENCE in ideal requirements and the traits they possess

Addressing these strategies build engagement, the crucial ingredient to company and team success. Regardless of the talent an individual possesses, how sustainable is their participation if they are in the wrong seat or feel under appreciated for what they bring.

Who should attend?

This is designed for leadership, whether you are managing an entire organization or a team of five or more. Participation Requirement: after registration, you will receive a unique link for a 7 minute survey to distribute to your team. These surveys must be completed no later than Monday February 3rd at the end of day. The data reports will be distributed at the event. We would like to accommodate as many companies as possible so request no more than 2 participants per company.
