 My name is Allen Vaughn, I am the proud and sole owner of Colony Creek Apartments located here in Central/South Austin. In 2017, I retired from the Army as a Major in the U.S Army Intelligence and I have only been in the Multifamily Industry for the last few years.

 Hello, my name is Sarah Zachary, I am a Leasing Professional at The Royce 8100 with Apartment Management Professionals. I began my Leasing Career in January 2022 and it has been a blast ever since.

Maintenance Manager/Supervisor of the Year Award 

Caleb Douglas, Bell Partners 

 Hi, my name is Caleb Douglas. I work for Bell Partners at Riata and I have been there for about 3 years. I have been in the industry for about 10 years now and Maintenance is all I have ever done.

Property Manager of the Year Award 

Jackie Whitley, The Morgan Group, INC

 Hi, I am Jackie Whitley, currently a District Manager and previously a Property Manager with The Morgan Group. I am about to be in my third year with this fantastic company and am going on 13 years in the Multifamily industry.

Regional Maintenance Supervisor of the Year Award 

Ryan Vonier, Griffis Residential 

Ryan Vonier has more than 15+ years’ experience in the Multi-family industry.  He began as Service Tech in 2008 and then was promoted to Service Manager in 2009 and held that title for 9 years at 8 different communities. From there he moved into a corporate position as a Renovation Manager; where he ran unit renovation projects for 20+ communities.

Regional/Portfolio Supervisor of the Year Award

Lindsay Bonilla, Greystar

 My name is Lindsay Bonilla and I am a senior regional property with Greystar. I’ve been in Austin for about 2.5 years. My journey stared in Chicago 9 years ago and I just kind of just fell into the industry and I am glad that I did!

I’m Eric Leonard and I started my career in the Apartment Industry about 25 years ago in the Dallas/Forth Worth area and then moved to Austin. Over the years in Austin, I have been very involved and continue to bring in new talent to our industry.

AJ Walker, Rainier 

Hi, I am AJ Walker a regional manager for Rainier Properties, I first came into the industry because like many I was looking for housing discounts. And what I found on the other side was a brand new career that was really suited for me as I love helping people!
