The 2025 Austin Apartment Association EXPO & EdgeCon will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at the Palmer Events Center in downtown Austin.

This year's event theme, Seasons of Success, focuses on what drives our industry forward: strong relationships and meaningful opportunities. Seasons of Success: Growing Connections & Harvesting Opportunities reflects the ongoing cycle of building connections, sharing knowledge, and reaping the rewards of our community. The EXPO floor will be featuring four "season" zones, where exhibitors will theme their booths as winter, spring, summer or fall.
In 2024, we welcomed over 1,200 registered onsite personnel, managers, maintenance technicians, and supervisors. The EXPO & EdgeCon is well attended, and is looked forward to all year by our members!
