Austin Apartment Association members receive a discounted rate for room rentals at our offices. There are 3 spaces to accommodate you for your next training, meeting, or presentation!

Training Room
The training room, fully equipped for hybrid learning or participation, can accommodate 70 people and can be configured for a variety of seating and layouts, including classroom or auditorium style.

- A/V: Zoom Room equipped! Wirelessly utilize the three 60” flat-panel displays, two cameras for either a speaker or room view, and ceiling-mounted speakers for in-person or hybrid environments.
Board Room
Great for smaller meetings – seats up to 15 comfortably and utilizes the displays for presentations for in-person or hybrid environments.

Conference Room
Utilize the smaller conference room for low-tech meetings for individuals or groups of up to 12.

The Association is located conveniently near Mopac and 183, just south of the Domain. Free on-site parking is available, as well as a catering kitchen equipped with barstools, a fridge, coffee service, etc.
